This program is for the home owner who wants the building process fully completed. Turning Point takes care of all the headaches from ground breaking to final landscaping. Make your choices on home design, colors, flooring, cabinets, and appliances and we take care of the rest.

Owner Completion

With this program, the homeowner takes control of the completion of the home after Turning Point Builders has constructed the foundation, set the home on the foundation, and completed the siding and the roofing. At this point the new home is approximately 90% complete, the owner can save money by completing the remaining work with his own labor.

Partial Owner Completion

Turning Point is also committed to work with homeowners who want to handle some part or phase of the construction process. We want to help you build your new home and will work with you in areas where you feel you can save money.
