Company Profile......Turning Point Builders is a customer focused builder which uses the latest building techniques, materials , and styles that customers want in their new homes. The principals in Turning Point Builders are engineers with varied backgrounds in building and engineering.  These backgrounds have led us to continually look for improved technologies to compliment the home building process.  We started building homes in 1996, we have gained  valuable experience and knowledge in many different types of construction.   These technologies compliment each other and we have used this experience to improve our ability to build the house you will call "HOME".  We can work with you in designing your new home.  We have over 75 plans to start with and can modify those or start from scratch using your specifications and sketches.

Turning Point Builders  sister company is Turning Point Surveying, specializing in Mortgage Loan surveys, small subdivisions, recombination's, and residential builder survey support. This gives us the ability to help customers who own their land but may need to subdivide or cut out a lot for building.
